That's why we have designed a rigorous and comprehensive internal training program for anyone who wants to become more involved in our organization and move toward management and team coordination responsibilities.

It is a springboard to a central role within our association, offering skills that are valuable both in the world of esports and in the professional world.

As soon as you register for the training course, you will be integrated into a step-by-step program, carefully designed to guide you throughout your learning process.

• A comprehensive Notion space bringing together all training modules, practical tools, explanatory sheets, best practices, and case studies.
• Collaborative Google Docs documents designed to simulate real-life situations involving team management, match planning, performance monitoring, and internal communication.
• A system of checkpoints allowing you to validate your progress at each stage of the training, with personalized feedback from our experienced staff.
• Individualized support, where each future manager can ask questions, share ideas, and receive advice tailored to their personality and ambitions.

Our training is not limited to theory. It is rooted in the reality of managing a competitive line-up. Through the various modules, you will learn how to:

• Effectively organize a team by assigning roles and responsibilities.
• Manage a training and competition schedule.
• Maintain motivation and group cohesion, even during periods of stress or poor performance.
• Communicate clearly, diplomatically, and authoritatively, both internally and externally.
• Represent the structure to other departments (staff, partners, community).
• Use professional management and tracking tools (Notion, Gdocs, Trello, etc.).

At the end of your course, you will not only leave with knowledge, but with concrete proof of your skills:
